Stress is a part of everyone’s life. It helps us adjust to new situations and cope with challenges. Prolonged stress, however, can take a toll on mental and physical health. In the workplace, mindfulness may improve employee well-being and job satisfaction while reducing stress and burnout – issues that can lead to absenteeism and loss of productivity.
