How to Support Your Employee with Cancer

With one in two men and one in three women diagnosed with cancer in the United States each year, managers will likely have an employee who has been diagnosed with cancer or undergoing treatment. This support can make or break an employee’s resilience while working through treatment.

As a manager, do you know how to support your employee? Do you know how to maintain your department’s productivity, balance the workload and support your staff while maintaining confidentiality?
